Gabriel C. Ullmann
I am a research support professional in the CERC Smart Cities Team at the Next-Generation Cities Institute, in Montreal, Canada. Currently, I work in the development of CityLayers, a tool for city data visualisation and simulation. In 2023, I completed a Master's degree in Software Engineering at Concordia University, under the supervision of Dr. Yann-Gaël Guéhéneuc and co-supervised by Dr. Fabio Petrillo.
During my Master's, my main research topic was game engine architecture, more specifically those of open-source game engines such as Unreal, CryEngine and Godot. In this website, you can find out more about my academic and professional projects, as well as posts on various Software Engineering topics, which I write periodically.
